Leigh Moore, President of Bridge Career Management, Inc. is a Career Coach, Trainer, Human Resources Generalist and Certified Federal Job Search Trainer with more than 15 years’ experience in human resources, career coaching, resume writing, performance improvement and classroom facilitation.


As a Career Coach and Outplacement Consultant, Leigh is well versed in all aspects of career exploration and transition, including hiring practices, job offer evaluation/negotiation, interviewing skills, job search strategies and salary determination. Leigh has assisted clients downsized from The Coca Cola Company, Georgia Pacific, Wachovia Bank, BellSouth, AT&T, Prudential, Scientific Atlanta and other small to mid-sized companies in making successful career transitions. She has served as a Co-Manager of a Career Center for BB&T and as a Job Developer she has sourced positions for downsized employees in multiple career centers.


In addition, Leigh is a Certified Federal Job Search trainer, and was awarded contracts to teach the Veterans staff at the Georgia Department of Labor, the Tennessee Veterans Services Group and employees in a division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, receiving excellent evaluations. Leigh is certified in Ten Steps to a Federal Job and she taught 175 career counselors how to help their clients apply for jobs in the Federal government. She has taught the Ten Steps program at Emory Professional Learning Programs for four years.


Leigh loves to learn and expand her knowledge. She has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a Federal Job Search Trainer/Federal Resume Writer & Career Coach (FJST/FRWCC). Leigh is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW).
