Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the project site location. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesThe individual will lead the project controls team for the AI project. This is a large-scale project, and the scope includes full engineering, procurement, construction, fit out, and commissioning. The Principal AI Project Controls Manager will work closely with all stakeholders to track, analyze, and manage the project estimate, cost, schedule, and progress as per the approved stage gate process.The incumbent will establish a business review cadence with key stakeholders to report the project performance against the approved plan and will manage / report the cost and schedule variations resulted by project scope changes to the leadership team. This role will be instrumental in providing an early indication of project performance, providing accurate cost and schedule forecast, and driving predictability in project results. This role will have functional reporting to the global Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) project control organization and project reporting to the AI Project Controls Manager Senior Director.
