Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This position is responsible for understanding the market needs, defining product requirements, conducting research and pricing analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success in our markets. Experience working with capital equipment, and strong written and oral communications skills, is preferred.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for market segments, managing and conducting research, analytics, and strategy development.
• Have a key understanding of market trends, industry events and key industry influencers.
• Work hand in hand with the creative marketing team to create, monitor and adjust marketing campaigns as needed.
• Track success by monitoring channel performance, industry trends and financial results.
• Excellent project management skills to effectively handle cross functional project teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Manage Industry database and leverage existing industry relationships to cultivate new contacts within the industries we serve.
• Work closely with marketing manager and creative supervisor on design and implementation of marketing strategies that align with business targets.

What You Have to Offer

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in field
• Advanced understanding of marketing concepts, work flows, processes and tools
