Job Description

Are you a Customer Service Representative who has excellent customer service and relationship building skills? Are you looking for a career opportunity within a small insurance agency in the Green Bay, WI area who truly cares about their employees and customers?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will sit at the front desk, help customers and assist with all daily office tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet walk-in traffic/visitors
  • Answer customer questions
  • Respond to emails
  • Schedule appointments
  • Create reports
  • All day-to-day tasks for the office

General Information:

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-12:30pm

Length: Temporary to Hire, potentially Direct Hire

Pay: Based on experience, all our office for details!

Requirements:
  • Customer service experience over the phone
  • Insurance industry experience or P&C license a plus
  • Computer/tech savvy
  • Basic Word and Excel skills
  • Focused, self motivated, take initiative and work well independently
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Career-driven
