Job Description
Growing manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls is looking to add a Customer Service / Accounting Assistant to their team. Past customer service experience in manufacturing or a technical industry is ideal. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service / Accounting Assistant:
  • Learn the company products and their production timelines
  • Enter sales orders, change orders, and blanket orders
  • Assist customers being proactive to their needs and provide fast, courteous responses
  • Resolve customer issues and build professional relationships
  • Provide office admin support including filing and supporting the shipping department with documentation
  • Maintain company records such as meeting notes or audit logs
  • Process A/R invoices daily, make daily labor corrections, manage freight billing, analyze credit card bills and vouchers


Requirements
Requirements of the Customer Service / Accounting Assistant:
  • Proficient with Word and Excel / Access is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with shipping paperwork
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience or Associate Degree is a plus
