Job Description
Position Title: Class A CDL Driver
Wage: $21/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm, Saturday 7am-12pm

Class A CDL Driver Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely operate company vehicles, including tractor-trailers, to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload cargo while ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan routes and effectively navigate to destinations using GPS and maps
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, documenting any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries made
- Handle paperwork such as delivery receipts, bills of lading, and other documentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of oneself and others
Class A CDL Driver Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid CDL Class A license, MVR check
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Knowledge of and compliance with DOT regulations
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of vehicles and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as needed
