Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Wage: $23.00 - $28.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and offers an opportunity to lead and manage the proposal development lifecycle for our firm's pursuit process, particularly focusing on DOT and transportation projects.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with a team of 6 marketing coordinators. The position is open due to retirement, offering an opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience, with potential for higher compensation for candidates with extensive experience.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the proposal development lifecycle to win new projects, including project management, content development, document production, and final submittal
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop qualification packages, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with engineers and architects on detailed drawings and proposals
- Ensure marketing materials such as resumes, project descriptions, and collateral are kept up to date
- Develop engaging presentation content tailored for project interviews and conduct staff training sessions
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on campaigns and special initiatives
- Stay updated on business news and market trends, researching target markets, and communicating critical highlights
- Maintain active involvement in professional and community organizations

Requirements for Marketing Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in writing marketing content, creating collateral in Adobe InDesign, and coordinating multiple projects
- Experience managing and producing RFP responses
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Background in professional services consulting (engineering, architecture, construction, real estate development) preferred but not required
