A Coldwater Canyon Golf Cart Attendant is primarily an outdoor position and is affected by weather. This position is seasonal and physically active.

Cart attendants will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Greet all guests upon arrival to the course.
• Direct guests to driving range and first tee.
• Bag handling
• Setting up golf carts includes pulling golf carts out for the day and cleaning and putting away when finished for the day.
• Oversee driving range and range balls.
• When guests finish their round, clean their golf clubs and get feedback on how their round went.
• Help with golf cart maintenance as needed.
• Ensure guests are having a great experience and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs
• Stand/ walk for long periods of time
• Ability to hold water hose overhead while spraying down golf carts
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends
• Must be able to communicate with guests in English
• Golf knowledge and outstanding customer service experience
