The Production Supervisor will lead their team by safely producing high quality products on time for the customer, at effective costs. The supervisor will demonstrate leadership by promoting a positive attitude and creating a culture of accountability and job satisfaction. As a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift you will work Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes safety, quality & compliance among the team while maintaining good manufacturing practices at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.

  • Enables a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the production line/area cross-functional teams.

  • Ensures effective two way communication within the production line/area cross-functional team

  • Manages, motivates, develops, and involves production associates through coaching, performance, and holding accountability.

  • Fosters teamwork within the production with area cross-functional teams.

  • Promotes company values through demonstration & recognition of individual & team behaviors.

  • Makes effective selection and ensures effective training of new employees.

  • Schedules and assigns work within the department to regulate workflow and meet required production schedules.

  • Provides technical assistance and supervision throughout the department(s)

  • Orders necessary supplies to perform jobs within the department(s)

  • Ensures proper maintenance of unit equipment and tools.

  • Performs and/or assists with special projects as assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Aptitude for problem solving and bringing issues to resolution.

  • Experience with recommending and implementing process efficiency improvements.

  • Effective verbal communication by telephone and in group meetings and discussions.

  • Ability to provide and receive information accurately.

  • Proven ability to follow directions and procedures; organize facts and figures, utilizing basic mathematic skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to become proficient with a variety software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

  • 1-3 years in a leadership role preferred.

  • Working knowledge of electronic assembly procedures preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
