PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This position is responsible for creating high quality leads to support continuous growth. This includes driving awareness and educational activities (top of the funnel) and targeted nurturing and lead generation activities (middle to bottom of the funnel). This role will be measured on the marketing return on investment (ROI), conversion of leads into opportunities, and total leads / brand impressions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Partners with insights and operational excellence team to define target personas and prioritize which channels are ideal for the best return on investment
  • Partners with the content and creative team to prioritize what type of content sparks the most customer engagement
  • Supports the marketing plan development by executing the ideal mix of demand generation activities to achieve the product marketing and operating company goals
  • Continuously tests (e.g., A/B subjects, ads, messages, call to actions) demand generation strategies to determine which tactics/channels perform best
  • Builds internal expertise in SEO/PPC and supports SEO/PPC efforts in partnership with external agencies
  • Monitors demand generation key performance indicators (e.g., ROI, conversions, total leads) and supports problem solving work to continuously improve impact working with operating companies, customer engagement team, distribution team, business development team and external agencies
  • Creates targeted, automated, personalized and customer experience focused nurturing campaigns to strengthen lead funnel progression and conversion
  • Executes content/educational campaigns to support the strategic plan direction and create pull for Rite-Hite solutions
  • Supports the design and execution of an omnichannel marketing plan to connect and integrate campaigns across multiple channels to deliver a seamless customer experience no matter where customers engage with Rite-Hite
  • In partnership with the content and creative team and product marketing, leads the execution of tradeshows and external events, ensuring campaign tracking to measure results are in place for each event
  • Works with external PR/ad agencies to align/focus activities on the Rite-Hite priorities and extract maximum value
  • Creates and maintains targeted distribution lists for demand generation activities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar required.
  • 2+ years related experience in demand/lead generation, sales operations, marketing or related field.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement) or equivalent
  • E-commerce
  • B2B product marketing experience across the complete lifecycle preferred.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ability to work and communicate with colleagues across operating companies and supporting functions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, measuring and enhancing demand generation programs from top of funnel to bottom as part of marketing plans.
  • Must be able to plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
