Work Schedule:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a WCHQ Executive Assistant to:

  • Use judgment in assessing the urgency and relevance of problems and matters brought to the CEO. Provide recommendations on topics important to WCHQ.
  • Compile, edit and prepare documents, correspondence, and presentations. Independently create and edit draft materials, process final documents, and arrange for distribution.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule to include coordinating arrangements for the CEO and guests, manage preparation materials for meetings, equipment, travel and expenses as necessary.

Education:

Minimum -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. 5 years of relevant administrative support work experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Five years of experience providing executive level support

Preferred - Experience supporting executives within the health care industry
