Location: Green Bay, WI

Shift: 1st Shift

Work model: On-Site

Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Schneider is seeking an energetic Business Support Specialist to be responsible for timely and accurate rating of services and root cause resolution of customers payment discrepancies. You will also have the accountability to seek improvement opportunities and drive change by working with stakeholders in the lines of service, shared service teams, and customers.

About the Role:
  • Effectively manage key factors and timelines associated with internal and external customer requests.
  • Perform timely publication and resolution to audits, errors, invoice holds, and payment discrepancies.
  • Analyze customer data to eliminate rating errors to provide accurate rating of all services and guarantee that we bill for all authorized services. Solve problems as they occur.
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidates will have:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of two years of relatable experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influencing others, resulting in a postive outcome.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills along with the ability to build strong business partnerships.
  • Change agent who aggressively develops and supports new processes and approaches to the work, while establishing credibility and trust with co-workers.
