Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance and Engineering Services to:

  • Provide direct supervision to maintenance and limited trades staff to accomplish UW Health and department objectives.
  • Coordinate or assign response to routine and emergency repair requests, special projects and completion of scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Prioritize and distribute work assignments to allocated staff and ensure proper documentation is entered into the correct Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and completed.
  • Resolve equipment and process problems as well as customer issues and complaints.
  • Review and recommend maintenance contracts from outside sources.
  • Ensure employee's work in a safe environment, including proper equipment, procedures, and training.

Education:

Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associates Degree.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three years experience in leadership of maintenance service of a technical nature

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Valid Driver's License.

Preferred - Certified Hospital Constructor (CHC). Building Operators Certification (BOC).
