Job Purpose:

The IT Systems ERP Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency by implementing, analyzing, and maintaining the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and payroll systems, along with associated hardware and software. They are responsible for custom solutions implementation, as well as ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures for various ERP and payroll systems.

Description of Essential Duties:

• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot solutions using computer hardware, software, and business processes to address business issues.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or enhance existing systems, aiming to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop new software solutions or utilities based on user needs to further improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze, design, develop, enhance, and extend electronic data processing systems.
• Rectify data inconsistencies within ERP systems.
• Analyze, design, maintain, and troubleshoot databases primarily within ERP systems.
• Set operational specifications, analyze software requirements, and coordinate changes to ERP systems, including testing and implementation.
• Determine programming strategy and standards, and monitor/enforce their adherence.
• Perform systems modeling, analysis, and planning.
• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard computer databases and data.
• Monitor system performance to ensure availability for all users.
• Track, prioritize, and document requests using an IS support request system.
• Collaborate with others to develop broad-based personal knowledge, skills, and abilities towards key competencies.
• Perform after-hours operations and tasks as required.

Description of Marginal Job Functions:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures for ERP user access and accounts.
• Research and recommend network and data communication hardware and software.
• Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
• Address client questions or resolve computer problems.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science discipline or a minimum of 5 years of computer server and networking experience.
• 2 - 4 years of ERP system experience.
• 1 - 2 years of programming experience.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, computer utility applications, computer networks, software, and hardware.
