Come be a strategic part of an award winning organization! Inpro is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is knowledgeable in everyday marketing activities. You should also be an intuitive leader who can develop our marketing department and guide our marketing efforts toward success.

This position is primarily responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
  • Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Supervise customer data entry and update information, as well as database cleaning and maintenance efforts.
  • Oversee proper trade show coordination and lead management process.
  • Conduct a competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, highlight opportunities and threats, and develop optimization strategies.
  • Liaise with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service departments to align with company strategies.
  • Execute impactful marketing campaigns and report results.
  • Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea, or event.

Ideal qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or other senior roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, lead, inspire and retain a talented team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions and pivot quickly.
  • A degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field is required.
