ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Determines materials necessary for production and/or maintenance jobs.
  • Communicates problems to production control and the material buyer when necessary.
  • Issue materials to production and production jobs.
  • Reviews releases and assure proper release codes are entered.
  • Assist in maintenance of consignment inventory.
  • Performs inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy and performs associated data entry.
  • Reviews production release reports to TTM.
  • Receives copper foil and ABC B-stage and laminate. (Inventory/Receiving)
  • Code/create requisitions for facility expenses. (Facilities/Maint)
  • Work with vendors in pricing/availability issues. (Facilities/Maint)
  • Knows all facets of material group operating function.
  • Research and correct P.O. errors.
  • Reviews layer restarts and prepares layer restart travelers for processing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree in business administration, materials management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior work experience in the PCB industry or in manufacturing preferred.
  • Good computer skills required; previous experience with JD Edwards or a similar planning system preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
