Construction Project Coordinator

A Construction Project Coordinator has one of the most important jobs in supporting the Construction team by coordinating scheduling, project files, and permitting. Gorman & Company is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator with strong attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multitask.

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will manage:
  • Collect and prepare the operation manual documentation for close out.
  • Observe processes and collect data to ensure compliance is met.
  • Collects and tracks compliance for multiple projects.
    • Davis Bacon payroll reporting
    • Minority Businesses
    • Section 3
    • Debarment
  • Create and tracking of all subcontracts and change orders, certificate of insurance.
  • Creates and maintain project files.
  • Communicates with team, subcontractors and consultants.

Construction Project Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in business and/or construction/architecture.
  • Five years' experience working for a general contractor, construction, or architecture firm.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
