Overview:

As an award winning architectural, engineering and planning firm, we are seeking a Digital Design Content Coordinator who will collaborate and assist with the continued development and promotion of BIM and BIM content specifically through our architectural and engineering practice. The role will report to our Director of Digital Design, collaborate and work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers from each practice group while providing on-going development of standard content to support all disciplines nationally.

As this role is expected to work across HGA and not specifically be tied to one location, occasional travel, may be expected to various HGA offices.

In this role you will:
    Primary duties will include coordination, creation and organization of digital content assets, including Revit Families, Revit Detail Components, and Details used in AEC design, in support of HGA's production teams
  1. Address content management activities and editing requests incoming through our IT service management system including: content library management, content asset maintenance, content standardization, and improving content quality
  2. Create parametric content and related workflows for project use
  3. Assist with developing and improving workflows and assisting teams in applying content management strategies
  4. Capture, update and maintain HGA standard content
  5. Improve consistency and quality of both existing and new content
  6. Manage content upgrades, organization, and tagging while providing technical expertise to aid in the development of content strategies
  7. Provide support and troubleshooting as needed
  8. Contribute to development of training
  9. Participate in regular HGA standards meetings
You will need to have:
  • AS or BS in Architecture/Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Architectural/Engineering BIM project work (education, healthcare, corporate and government building types preferred)
  • Aptitude towards technology and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Revit and intermediate knowledge and use of Dynamo, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office product
  • A demonstrated understanding of project workflows, industry standards, workflows, and data formats
Salary Information:

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000
