Job Description

SUMMARY 
Perform and implement EDI processes using various mapping and transactions, communicate with internal and external customers and maintain accurate pricing information within various systems.


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Learn and maintain product knowledge.
  1. Create and organize training materials for IFS Orders to Cash Process.
  1. Type and prepare various professional correspondence, primarily email communications to establish or maintain good customer relationships.
  1. Serve as the main point of contact for EDI inquiries, ability to read raw ‘EDI data and standards’ with confidence. Review data transferred between Company and current EDI partners.
  1. Maintain current EDI mapping for customers in all business for processing needed EDI transactions (204, 810, 820, 824, 850, 855, 856, 940, 945 etc.). Setting up the customer from beginning to end of the EDI process. Including all testing scenarios both inbound and outbound with internal ERP system and EDI Service Provider.
  1. Review daily reports for EDI transaction errors, omissions, mapping issues, and other discrepancies. Troubleshoot issues in EDI transactions and workflows and work directly with EDI Service Provider to address issues and updates in a timely manner. Review current standards and updates on EDI standards and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
  1. Maintain pricing information in our systems and ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels.
  1. Pricing change management for customer files including assigned price increases, designed price structures, and reporting across business units.
  1. Implement price change requests from the organization via yearly updates, quotes, promotions, and ongoing order needs.
  1. Provide price lists via the internal ERP system to the organization as well as pricing-based sales reports as requested.
  1. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, finance, and marketing to support their data needs. Project management for any department specific pricing needs.
  1. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION 
2-year degree in a technical or business-related field.
 
SKILLS

The ability to work with limited supervision is required.  Professional, hard-working team player who is accurate, detail orientated and has advanced problem-solving skills.  Self-motivated individual with effective written and verbal communication skills.  Organized and dependable and must be able to work with all types of personalities and situations with the utmost professionalism and diplomacy.
