Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.

Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7am to 5 pm with an on call rotation every 13 weeks.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting in the development, support and maintenance of the Data Center and Azure based technologies for Froedtert Health's Information Systems. These technologies include Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and technologies, virtual server and application solutions, EMR technologies and MS Cloud technologies. This position will have responsibility for the installation and support of business/clinical applications directly supporting end-user departments. Will work closely with Manager to ensure that the server infrastructure and Azure compute delivers at a service level consistent with organizational risk, information access requirements, and business strategies.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Five years of experience in desktop support, image management, wireless client and Windows is required.

Prefer Three or more years of relevant Data Center systems administration and managing hybrid cloud environments, including Azure IaaS and other Azure enabled services experience.

Experience in a healthcare environment with a deployed EMR is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Create and manage cloud environment configurations to establish and support application workloads, including subscriptions, resource groups, vnets, virtual machinnes, resource tagging, billng and security controls.

Build and manage Azure Network entitrities and Azure application/servers and cost management.

Assist in the management of our cloud-based environment, incuding standard creation and enforcement.

Configure monitoring and alerts for cloud resources availability and performance.

Setup, configure and manage our Microsoft tenant, virtual machines, storage and virtual networks.

Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, and provide associated training when necessary.

Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills necessary in order to work effectively within the Information Technology department and with other operational stakeholders.

Must be able to train others quickly and thoroughly on key IT concepts.

Strong capabilities working to plan and meeting deadlines.

Fully utilizes standard, required tool sets (Remedy, PWA, ITIL, etc.)
