Waukesha County Circuit Court Services is seeking applications for a summer/school year clerkship for the Civil Division. A Law Clerk Intern will work directly for an individual Judge in the Civil Division.

Example of Duties

Typical duties involve legal research and writing and will require candidates to possess excellent legal research and writing skills. During the academic year these positions entail a maximum of 16 hours/week. They may continue through the summer for a maximum of 32 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Candidates must currently be attending law school.
  2. Candidates with coursework in Law Review or Moot Court will be given preference.
