Our Finance Manager - Operations & Supply Chain offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for developing, reviewing, and continuously improving the accepted cost accounting practices and methods for Lakeside along with ensuring the implementation, and accurate use of cost accounting processes and procedures. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for accurate budget and forecast for operations and supply chain areas, including variances and standard costs on the P&L, along with overall COGS.
• Responsible for the oversight of SAP standard costing, including Data Governance of materials/Bill of Materials.
• Business partner to the operations and supply chain management teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Four year degree in Accounting
• Four plus years of finance/accounting experience with a strong preference of Cost Accounting in a manufacturing company.
• ERP experience, specifically SAP experience preferred.
