Job Description

Summary:
The talent acquisition consultant is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting that includes prospecting, screening, interviewing and credentialing of full-time, part-time and temporary field staff. This position must possess skills in interviewing techniques, knowledge of all positions and functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Essential Functions:
1. Screens resumes, interviews candidates, makes hire decisions for full-time and part-time field staff
2. Delivers employment offers
3. Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates
4. Uses resources such as UKG, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
5. Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
6. Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
7. Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements, credentialing packets)
8. Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance
9. Manages current candidate activity for full-time field staff in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
10. Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
11. All other duties assigned by Management

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
1. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday and hours are flexible
2. Hybrid work - Monday, Thursday & Friday are remote. Tuesday and Friday are required to be in the office.

Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Bachelors or Associates degree in HR or business
2. ATS experience
3. 1-3 years of recruiting experience
