Job Description

The Human Resource Coordinator will play a key role within the Human Resources team. They will aid with all human resource processes. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, volunteer coordination and the Employee Connections Program. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and customer service skills to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and experience with payroll and benefits systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • 2 years or higher degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least two years related working experience required.

Shift Time: 8- hour shifts
