Job Description

Not every day will look the same, however, the main responsibilities of our Digital Sales Assistant will include the below responsibilities:

  • Efficiently work with the team of Marketing Consultants/Management
  • Input and maintain orders, including revisions due to program changes
  • Effectively work with sales team in obtaining creative materials and generate support materials for local/digital sales presentations
  • Maintain a high level of communication with sales team to inform of status of campaigns for clients
  • Attend and participate in meetings and conference calls on digital platforms as needed
  • Monitor all digital campaigns to ensure full delivery of strategy and communicate with DSM on pacing and results
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, and sales report maintenance
  • Various administrative duties and contract management
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What skills do you need to be successful in our role?

  • Learn to perform work using OAS, Google Ad Manager, Sell CRM, Google Analytics and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential
  • Strong analytical ability and understanding of data-driven systems
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Able to work directly with clients on resolving issues with professionalism and patience
  • Must have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients
  • Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office products
  • College degree preferred
