Description

Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to the management team. In this role, the analyst will be expected to design and generate reports, as well as identify trends and patterns to help improve business operations.

Budgeted salary: $60,000-$70,000 annually

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to leaders
  • Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis
  • Monitor data to identify changes in business trends

Minimum and Required Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a financial or business analyst
  • Experience in Power BI, object-oriented programming, and other data analysis programs
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow

  • Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor
  • Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children
  • Reporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor
  • Completing all child abuse prevention training as required
