We are seeking an experienced Neuro Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Neurologic Therapy Team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
- Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
- Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.
- Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
- Appropriately delegate tasks to PTA's and support personnel.

Qualifications Include:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Physical Therapy
- Specific skills: General Neuro based PT experience (CVA, SCI, Mobility wheelchair evaluations); Vestibular, concussion;
- Certifications: preferred: LSVT Big; EksoNR;
- Years of experience: 2+
