Job Objective
Provides residents with services and support that enhance the individual's ability to meet personal care, leisure, social/emotional, health, and spiritual needs within the Assisted Living setting.
FTE
Part-Time & Full-Time, 2:30p-10:30p- E/O weekend.
Job Standards
  1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. At least one year experience in a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF)-setting preferred.
  3. CBRF certifications (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration) completed, per Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter DHS 83 requirements.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills with use of tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  6. Ability to read and comprehend written documentation and instruction related to services and medication assistance. Ability to communicate clearly/professionally in writing.
  7. Ability to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
  8. Willing to participate in C.N.A. training program within 6 months of hire, C.N.A is preferred but not a requirement.
