Work Schedule:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will typically be scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with occasional early morning or evening meetings as needed.

We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations Surgical Services:

  • We are seeking an energetic, self-driven leader ready to engage surgical leaders in ongoing fiscal and operational performance optimization.
  • Assist and advise leadership in developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve operational objectives in the department.
  • Bring your proactive focus on identifying innovative solutions and work methods, along with the integration and standardization of processes, equipment, and supplies.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and knowledge of healthcare management and planning.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, management, or related field

Preferred - Master's Degree in accounting, business, management, or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - Five (5) years of professional experience in progressively advanced health care planning or analysis roles

Preferred -

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in progressively advanced health care, financial planning, or analysis roles
  • Previous management experience
