Complete Dental Staffing is working with a premier office in Madison that is searching for a dynamic hygienist to join their team!. This practice strives for excellence in patient care and has an experienced staff which makes it a great place to work! The two dentists are both very respected in the area with proven success in their practice. The schedule would be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and 8 - 1 on Fridays. They would like someone that can commit to 35 hours per week. They also offer a shared staff bonus based on collections that is paid quarterly that can easily average up to $1000 per quarter. Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, evaluating/treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management.
  • Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
  • Perform oral cancer screenings.
  • Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS utilizing available technology.
  • Providing dental health education about tooth and gum care
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dental Hygienist License
  • Anesthesia Certification
  • CPR
  • 1 year of experience is preferredbut will consider a new graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with computer technology.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
