We are currently seeking a General Dentist to join an exceptional team and practice located in Tomahawk, WI.

The owners value continuing education and are open to welcoming a new graduate who is eager to learn and grow. Their current dentist plans to retire once we find the perfect fit for our team. However, if you are a recent graduate, our current dentist is willing to stay on board to provide guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans
• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, and extractions as per their comfort level
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and practice policies
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities

Requirements:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in Wisconsin
• Active DEA and CPR
• 2 to 3 years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with computer technology
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to work Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm

Salary and Benefits:

• The practice will pay 30% of the monthly dentist net production, less 25% lab fees. If a newer graduate, a different structure can be considered including a base for the first 180 days
