POSITION

We are seeking a Business Management Associate to join our Global Distribution COO Business Management Team. This key resource supports the Head of Business Management, and will help leverage the Distribution Pillar Leaders, and will be a key member of a collaborative, dedicated team working with the various Allspring executives to drive business results, provide strategic support, and help with cross-organizational connectivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in partnership with Head of Distribution Business Management to help drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver timely and relevant information to all key stakeholders, including Allspring Board of Directors, Allspring Senior Management, and Distribution Pillar Leaders.
  • Partner with Distribution, Investment, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Legal, Distribution COO, Technology, PMO, and other key internal stakeholders and resources in support of all client and sales needs.
  • Spearhead projects, including identifying resources, establishing timeframes, and managing to milestones and communicating and coordinating across various internal parties.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and procedures to gain efficiencies. Analyzing and resolving complex operational, systems-related issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A BS/BA degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years minimum of asset management experience with clear understanding of distribution, strategy, and sales enablement.
  • Proficient/advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce & Tableau.
  • Knowledge of the Institutional and DC investment landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and communication capabilities.

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the investment management industry and products.
  • Knowledge and understanding of revenue driven goals and their implications.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience implementing solutions on behalf of the customer or client, improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Salary Range for California candidates only.Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
