Whats the role?

This role will report to Sr Director -HNW in Advisor Practices Team focused on expansion of service & capabilities for career advisors - especially large teams (immediate focus on HNW) and clients. This role requires strong Enterprise and field collaboration with general expertise in financial planning concepts as well as compliance & supervision

Specifically, you can expect to conduct Business analysis, provide input into the strategic vision, design /identify area of co-creation with the field & collaborate with & matrixed partners across the enterprise to create services and capabilities in effort to deliver the target experience for your area of accountability. Immediate focus will be on High Net worth services and capabilities and the role needs a person who can analyze and synthesize the details, collaborate and creatively define possibilities for future. Additionally, you will have responsibility for owning the strategy and execution of work within your respective workstreams.

In this role as the workstream lead , you will be conducting analysis, document business requirements, pain point definition, impact analysis & provide options with recommendations that can span across operations, service or input into digital product

Deliverables for the role

1. Ability to lead through all phases of the workstream within HNW initiative: Planning/Design/Implementation by bringing Client experience & Field experience lens to the workstream.

2. Showcase strong cross functional Enterprise Partnership, one who can both negotiate & create innovative solutions

3. Ability to connect the dots across multiple sub-tracks and bring holistic approach.

4. Ability to conduct analysis, leveraging both NM & Industry research (if required), document Business requirements, conduct impact analysis & research to inform solution design /execution.

5. Bring forth options & recommendation with solution mindset.

6. Need to be strategic yet tactful where required to continue the progress.

7. Someone who can work in fast pace ambiguous situation and able to problem solve.

8. Shares solution design and businessrequirements with Change and Training leads to identify change impactsand training needs.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to transform business process through people/process technology and information insights, need innovative thinking
  • Advanced degree in business, finance or related field or an equivalent combination of education, field experience and /or progressively responsible work experience
  • General knowledge of financial planning, compliance and supervision areas is required Background in client experience & field experience is desired. Minimum 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience working closely with a financial service in consulting capacity with ability t build relationship & gain traction.
  • We are seeking someone with experience managing cross functional projects, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing escalations management, anticipating and making tradeoffs.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic, organizational and change agility and decision-making skills, learning agile including innovative and curious thinking. High level of credibility with Network Office and field Management including excellent platform skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead large complex projects involving multiple partners, process improvements, communications and change management. Outstanding oral and written communication skills and ability to build relationships inside and outside team and successfully negotiate issues.
  • Highly preferred FINRA Series 7 and Series 6

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$100,030.00

Pay Range - End:

$185,770.00
