About the Role:

This position will be responsible for managing the tactical execution and advancement of our Organizational Strategies. This role will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to ensure each strategy is being managed closely, prioritized appropriately, and advanced accordingly. In addition to managing the mechanics, reporting, and presentations for each strategy, this role will also serve as system administrator for a Strategy Execution Software ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and enhanced visibility around each element of our Strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the management, execution and fulfillment of organizational strategies

• Analyzes current state performance and identifies areas for improvement

• Facilitates and administers strategy management mechanics and reporting assessments

• Supports the strategic planning process and measurement of strategic initiatives; translate strategic goals into clear, achievable plans

• Responsible for coordinating portfolio level activities and reporting for all aspects of strategy execution

• Develops portfolio roadmaps, budgets, schedules, resources requirements, and projections for a portfolio of programs/projects underneath each strategy

• Identifies risks and inter-portfolio dependencies

• Creates Board of Director level dashboards, presentations, and data reports

• Works closely with Senior Leadership to ensure strategic goals are being met and appropriately prioritized

• Serves as system administrator for Strategy Management software solution

• Supports Strategy Management Steering Committee

• Manages Plan of Action for overarching framework and mechanics

• Updates and maintains tools, templates and resources for strategy management

• Assists organizational leaders in planning and preparing content for strategy-related meetings, quarterly reviews, workshops, and report outs as needed

• Builds positive, trusted relationships with leaders across the organization

Position Requirements:

• This position is Remote

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience is Required

• 5+ years of experience within Strategy Management is Required

• Requires proficient skills to use Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
