ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Provide pricing support and profitability reporting for SA customers
* Audit system pricing, tagging, and partnerships and work with various teams to ensure
customer data is aligned with contractual pricing structure
* Compile mass price review documents & supplemental reporting to execute contractual price
increases for assigned portfolio of customers, working cross-functionally to ensure proper and
timely implementation
* Review & submit national price maintenance requests for assigned customers, provide guidance
and context on pricing strategy and suggest available options that will best meet requestor's
needs and those of Airgas'
* Initiate and document customer notifications for price adjustments & force majeure events
* Maintain documentation of and development of processes
* Promote adoption of best practices in price management that are in alignment with SA
profitability goals

REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge or skills that
would be beneficial to this role.
* Bachelor's degree or combination of up to one year inside sales, customer service or relevant
Airgas/industry experience required
o Knowledge of industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding and safety products a plus
* Relevant Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience required, with an emphasis on advanced
skills in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
* Previous exposure to commercial contract terms and conditions preferred
* Prior experience manipulating large datasets and analyzing data from multiple sources
preferred
