Description

We have an exciting opportunityfor aCost Engineer, as part of our Centers of Excellence division, toperform project controls duties under the direct supervision of the Project Controls Manager responsible for the following duties:

  • Tracking and management of program budget, commitments, forecasts, and actual costs.

  • Monitor contract and invoice workflow approvals.

  • Preparation, processing, and progress tracking of change orders for extra work.

  • Tracking and distribution of all vendor and contractor contract authorizations.

  • Preparation and maintenance of all documentation related to contract contingencies and allowances.

  • Review and processing of contractor prepared payment applications and all diversity and inclusion plans and achievement reporting.

  • Preparation of monthly report budget and cost reports, including program dashboards.

  • Coordinate with Project Managers to collect updated forecast information.

  • Implementation and compliance with all current client procedures and requirements.

  • Data entry related to all of the above.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Controls, preferably in a cost management role.

  • Required experience managing budgeted / cost in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS); Preferred experience working in Kahua.

  • Ability to prioritize client requests and communicate orally and electronically

  • Must be flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Preferred accreditations from AACE or CMAA.

Compensation Range:

$98,497.00 - $131,329.00
