Job Purpose:
Provide administrative and clerical supportto the Quality Engineering Department Manager and Quality Engineers, answer phones, file maintenance, compiling reports cloud file storage and retrieval. May be assigned to various functional areas of the Company. Provide administrative and clerical supportto Operation department managers and/or other staff. Check in visitors based on security requirements, schedule appointments, answer phones, file maintenance, manage office supply inventory and distribute mail. May be assigned to various functional areas of the Company.
