Maintenance mechanics/technicians are the "Jack of All Trades" maintaining equipment mechanically, electrically and at times improving the process. • Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery, both canning and freezing.
• Lead seasonal staff to produce high quality vegetables.
