Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments and diagnose health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options
- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in nursing

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)/Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP)
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques and interpretation of test results
- Experience in clinical research or participation in research studies is preferred

Requirements:

- Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Wisconsin
- National certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on current healthcare practices
