ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for general building maintenance such as changing lights, paint, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Run errands such as transporting items between Kinetic building locations and collecting items at hardware stores.
- Provide ground maintenance such as snow removal on main walkways, maintain trees, shrubs and flowers.
- Complete custodial cleaning such as cleaning up spills, cleaning of machines and surrounding area, and keeping work stations clean and organized.
- Supports the production work team including but not limited to, emptying scrap hoppers, restocking supplies and performing corrective action on safety related projects.
- Directs work of other plant maintenance associates.
- Cost Consciousness - Develops and implements cost saving measures.
- Quantity - Meets productivity standards.
- Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years’ experience in light handyman and/or custodial work.
- A valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
