Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday generally between the hours of 7:00AM - 4:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Ensure compliance with annual respiratory fit testing for staff and providers at UW Health by carrying out fit testing.
  • Train individuals to carry out fit testing.
  • Work cross functionally to schedule fit testing for departments across the UW Health System.
  • Assist with data entry and updating respiratory protection documents.
  • Assis with other administrative tasks as needed.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred -

  • Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
  • Previous experience in a health care setting.
