Who you are

You are looking for a role where you will generate supply chain analysis and client recommendation deliverables. You are passionate about conducting client diagnostic interviews, data collection, validation and analysis, supply chain cost compilation, supply chain, network modeling, transportation modeling, inventory modeling, distribution center design, distribution center process improvement and client recommendation development. What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in related field: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering or Business Management

  • 1-3+ years as a supply chain analyst, logistics engineer or industrial engineer with a third-party logistics firm (3PL), a management consulting firm, industrial manufacturer / distributor, retailer or consumer products manufacturer

  • Supply chain network optimization and/or site selection analysis via LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, AIMMS, Blue Yonder / JDA Supply Chain Strategist, Starboard Navigator or comparable application

  • Advanced user of MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative and service oriented working style

  • Willingness to learn new modeling tools and analytical techniques

Bonus skills and experience

  • Commercial real estate experience

  • Distribution and or fulfillment center design via AutoCAD, Draftsight or comparable application

  • Understanding of distribution/fulfillment center functional processes

  • Inventory optimization modeling, transportation modeling/route optimization

What success looks like

  • You will conduct and participate in diagnostic interviews with operations management personnel at client organizations

  • You will collect, analyze and validate customer data to be used for supply chain modeling activities

  • You will conduct supply chain analysis and / or modeling activities

  • You will generate client recommendations for managing future state supply chain operations

  • You will produce recommendation deliverables in MS PowerPoint and present to Colliers' customers

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $53,835 USD - $99,900 USD

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days' vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
