Job Description

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time 100% FTE, day shift, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:

  • External hires may be eligible for up to a $4,000 sign on bonus.
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who:

  • Provides consultative and rehabilitative services to individuals who have vision impairments that impact their ability to engage in occupations in an ambulatory setting.
  • Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.
  • Seeks continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others.
  • Has experience in low vision occupational therapy.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Preferred - Master's degree.

Work Experience:

Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
