ATI produces and markets a wide range of specialty metal alloys, including titanium, nickel, and steel forgings to end use markets such as aerospace, energy, oil & gas, and general industrial markets. We have several operating facilities and deliver products to customers globally.

We are currently seeking an NDT Manager for ATI's Wisconsin Operation. This position will be located in Cudahy, WI.

This position is responsible for the compliance to all customer and NADCAP nondestructive testing requirements for ultrasonic operations at ATI Forged Products Cudahy and Appleton Operations. The candidate is responsible for the operational planning and execution of the Non-Destructive Testing Departments.

Summary

• Be the primary contact for the operational planning, scheduling and hiring for all NDT hourly and salary positions for the Wisconsin Operations
• Using the Level III team, administer the training and certification programs for NDT technical personnel.
• Oversee the daily operational needs of the teams. Using daily management drive accountability of the teams to meet the business needs.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve operational efficiencies within the departments.
• Support the continued rapid growth within our aerospace and defense markets.

Basic Requirements:

• High School GED or equivalent
• 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing facility within an operations, engineering or quality role
