Shift: 2nd

Schedule: Provide athletic training services at Roncalli High School in Manitowoc; after-school, evenings and occasional weekends; assist with other athletic training services in the community as schedule allows

Job Summary:

Provides outreach athletic training services to athletes at area high schools, colleges and youth sports teams. Will work in collaboration with the team physician or by written referral from a physician and in accordance with the state athletic training practice act.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years experience working as an Athletic Trainer preferred.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Trainer required.

LICENSURE:

• Must be licensed by the state of Wisconsin or eligible. If eligible, must obtain license within six months of hire.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Must have good organizational and communication skills.
