The Human Resources Representative plays a critical role in providing day to day professional human resources support and counsel to employees and leaders in accordance with organization policies, and with federal, state and local regulations. The HR Representative develops relationships through the entire employee cycle from recruiting and onboarding, through departure, supporting and enhancing our workforce culture through all interactions.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate for this critical role is preferred to have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources or related field of study; with 2+ years of progressive HR experience.  Knowledge of employee relations, personnel policies, benefits, and related legal compliance areas.
• Outstanding leadership and customer service skills to work with employees at all levels of the organization.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and experience with payroll and benefits systems.

Shift Time: 8- hour shifts
