38k - 50k BOE

This opportunity requires a highly motivated Recruiter with excellent customer service skills who can work collaboratively in team environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience in recruiting. Excellent time management skills, ability to understand complex job descriptions and source candidates for high level positions with a heavy focus on the skilled trades.

Responsibilities:

  • Full recruiting life cycle including but not limited to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various skilled trades roles; review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers

  • Inform candidates fully about the job and company

  • Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews

  • Verify references, Conduct background checks, Facilitate pre-employment testing

  • Manage all communication with candidates; provide regular updates and feedback to managers

  • Manage applicant tracking system; Maintain accurate and current applicant data base

  • Extend offers of employment within company procedures as well as manage the job offer including negotiation and administration

  • Draft rejection letters

  • Maximizing all resource and strategies to meet recruiting metrics

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and client base

  • Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates

  • The right employee will have, reliable transportation, flexibility and able to make decisions on his/her own.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of related experience in Human Resources, recruiting or related fields

  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws

  • High level of professionalism

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills & ability to build rapport with internal and external team members

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads

  • Prior experience with ATS Software and multiple recruiting platforms

  • Prior experience with sourcing, cold calling, and proven record of maintaining KPI excellence
