Express Service Advisor

Job Description
Dealership looking for Express Service Advisor Directly serving the customer on vehicle maintenance and repair issues. Schedule oil changes/lube work. Communicate with mechanics on vehicle repair options, costs, and time frame. Consult with customers on best repair options. Set-up customer appointments make sure service is expedited. Have excellent in-person and over the phone customer service. Gain product knowledge through training to efficiently help customers. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Pays $20-$23hr includes bonuses possibly make $70,000 your first year. Includes PTO, 401k, Dental, Vision, Medical, and Life insurance.
