Waukesha Food Company looking for Sales Representative to cover, Milwaukee, West Allis, New Berlin, and Brookfield area. Company would like someone with experience in the industry with proven success. Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers. Make sure customers needs are being met and proactively solve any sales/distribution problems. Analyze market territory for potential growth, sales, and statues reports. Work with sales team and marketing to reach sales goals. Find new customers and make cold calls. Job pays hourly, commission, and benefits after 90 days. Usually make $50,000-$65,000 your first year.  

Responsibilities 
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 

Excellent knowledge of MS Office for sales entry.  

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to target audience. 

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. 

Familiar with BRM and CRM practices to build business relationships. 

Expedite resolution to solve customer problems and complaints 

Continuously improve customer service through feedback.
