This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

 

 

 

 

The position is involved in process improvements and new Company plans that use our SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems, system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and training activities, all aimed at business process and system optimization. You will be a liaison to the Digital Office and be involved in the global rollout of our SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial applications. Specifically, you will work within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP ECC systems and has primary responsibility for supporting FICO, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury processes. Since most projects in other areas of the business have costs, it is important to understand the integration in areas like Order To Cash and Source To Pay. You will report to the ERP Program Manager.

  • Deliver processes that minimize manual effort and ensure compliance and controls are in place
  • Develop creative system alternatives to support Finance modernization efforts
  • Ensure ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP) are used to their fullest when determining the solution
  • Contribute to ongoing system improvement efforts to include collecting requirements from our users, researching available solutions, developing, and documenting conceptual design alternatives
  • Ensure Financial controls are built into the project deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for new system functionality for a better understanding of business processes
  • Establish healthy working relationships between the Business primary team, the Digital Office, and the regional teams
  • Oversee product quality, projects, and customer satisfaction

Education Requirements


Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Education Specifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related Degree relevant to this position
  • CPA a plus

Experience Requirements

  • Typically requires 8 years of related experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems support including a combination of practical knowledge of accounting and finance, and practical knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
  • Experience with at least two large implementation projects.
  • Experience working in core financials and operational business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, and Manufacturing Costing
  • Provide the presentation of ideas, plans, and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting - you must understand the main items of the balance sheet and profit/loss statement and their relationship with ERP functionalities.
  • Knowledge of business process design, system configuration, Master Data Management and Controls, formal application testing, and incident handling procedures.
  • Work on multiple projects.
